- Streamlined monthly medical office functions, realigned staff duties and implemented performance measures that maintained existing office staff levels despite a 45% increase in physicians over 6 years.
- Initiated and supervised the evaluation / installation of document imaging for all billing, deposit and patient chart information that decreased storage costs and increased data accessibility.
